Telkom Rates

Telkom Terms & Conditions apply. Tariffs are quoted per minute inclusive of VAT and are rounded off. Charges applicable to customers connected to automatic exchanges. Actual calls are charged per second with a minimum charge per call. All new tariffs subject to approval by ICASA and effective from 1 August 2009.

Customers who are unable to connect (sync) at 384 kbps due to factors such as distance from exchange or quality will be accommodated down from 384 kbps in 64 kbps decrements, but not lower than 192 kbps, until the service connects (sync successfully).

Global Off-peak time: 8pm to 8am Mondays to Fridays and Fridays 8pm to Monday 8am. Callmore time: 7pm to 7am weekdays and Friday 7pm to Monday 7am.
