VirtualNet agents is a computer and I.T. professional that support VirtualNet products and sales. Persons interested in the services provided by VirtualNet may contact an agent close to him or her for consultation and to help you sign up with any service provided by VirtualNet. The agent also helps the subscriber with installation or setup of his or her Internet connection on site.

The purpose of the agent is to have a reliable I.T. professional close to our subscribers to help the subscriber with hardware or software failure hindering the subscriber to access the Internet. The agent will offer their service to a subscriber at the prevailing rate proposed by the agent.

It is not in the agent’s duty to provide telephonic Internet support. For telephonic Internet support, the subscriber can contact the VirtualNet Global Service Centre (GSC).
